CLASSES

Claire offers a wide range of group and private classes designed to suit every level and goal. From strength based sessions and energising workouts to slower paced Pilates and yoga focused on movement, stretch and relaxation, each class is thoughtfully programmed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Classes are available privately in Kilsby and Marton, as well as at David Lloyd, giving you the flexibility to train, flow or unwind in a way that fits your lifestyle.

When you are ready, I can also create the social media adverts for the Kilsby and Marton classes in the same style as the massage ones.
