Claire has been my Personal Trainer since February 2009 when I decided that I need to make some changes in my life regarding fitness. At that time I was doing little exercise beyond walking dogs and occasionally riding a horse, after experiencing a number of years of physical ailments making any exercise painful. The first goal Claire helped me to achieve was to get fit for one week riding (6-8 hours a day) in Mongolia. She devised a programme for me which worked on the relevant muscles for the trip and increased my cardiovascular fitness. Four months later, I had the experience of a lifetime riding a feral pony across the Steppes of Mongolia and made the more enjoyable as I was fit enough for it to be well within my physical capability. Since then I have been on a number of activity holidays, including trekking the Great Wall of China, Cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia and lastly climbing Mount Kilimanjaro which is 2/3rds the height of Everest. All of these trips have required a different type of fitness and Claire has catered for this, every time with a specific programme. Despite the fact that I have numerous physical problems, she has always managed to work around these, preventing injury and yet increasing my fitness. I would highly recommend her to anyone of any age who values their health and well-being.

Claire is a very motivated Personal Trainer with a huge wealth of knowledge, not only in fitness and diet but how to get the best results for each individual whatever your fitness level or health problems maybe and with insensible and realistic time frames. I can vouch for this as Claire has helped me to return to my former fitness after major spinal surgery 18 months ago.
I and my husband have had Claire PT us for a long time now and both of us enjoy our sessions as they are always varied and test you so you never get bored!!
We both also have regular sports massages which are great and in my case essential as I have a lot of muscular problems due to my spinal surgery so find them really helpful in giving some release.

I have lost the use of my legs and Claire is helping to rehabilitate me so that I can strengthen my legs and arms so it will possible for me to manoeuvre myself into a wheelchair.
