Please ensure you are well-hydrated before your treatment by drinking plenty of water.

After Your Massage
It’s important to continue drinking plenty of water after your massage to help flush out toxins released during the treatment. You may experience mild side effects such as headaches or flu-like symptoms — this is normal and a sign that your body is responding. Be sure to rest and stay hydrated.

 

What to Wear

  • Men: Swim trunks or similar comfortable, loose-fitting bottoms.

  • Women: A bikini or swimwear top that can be easily undone at the back to allow access for massage techniques.
